While the facilities were exceptional and the food delicious, it was the staff that truly elevated the trip. Managers Huan & Lee ensured every detail was impeccable, with Lee's exceptional service leaving a lasting impression. the personalized care and attention to ensuring guest satisfaction were commendable. Although Era Cruises Halong offers an array of amenities like a fitness center, spa & wellness center, and a variety of massages, the seamless service and personalized touch truly set it apart. the value for the price paid is evident in the attention to detail and outstanding hospitality provided.
